Dr. Ivo Meinhold-Heerlein a distinguished German gynaecologist and obstetrician from the University of Giessen, Germany paid a courtesy visit to Kirinyaga University on May 27, 2025. The visitors were given a tour of the Clinical Skills Laboratory, where they appreciated hands-on training for students using advanced medical simulation equipment.
The visitors were given a tour of the Kilele Tuition Block, where they observed the integration of modern technology in teaching and learning. They were particularly impressed by the use of smart boards in classrooms, which facilitate interactive lessons and enhance student engagement.
